Infinitek is partnered with a leading manufacturer in the industry to recruit a Maintenance Manager to oversee plant operations and ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of equipment.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of their team while managing all daily maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs to support successful plant operations.


Roles & Responsibilities of Maintenance Manager:

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, prioritizing safety at all times.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements (Federal, State, and local) within the plant.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures relevant to plant operations are implemented and followed.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing work team through goal setting, feedback, coaching, development planning, and open communication channels.
  • Oversee the general and preventive maintenance program, ensuring procedures are followed, and that employees are trained in their respective functions, maintaining an appropriate production environment.
  • Manage maintenance shop inventory and parts ordering.
  • Assist in maintaining profitability by minimizing costs and maximizing productivity.
  • Ensure the plant has the necessary infrastructure and resources for effective operations and quality product delivery.
  • Manage contractors and capital improvement projects.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of all plant equipment and processes.

Preferred Experience/Skills of Maintenance Manager:

  • 5 years Industrial Maintenance experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide employees.
  • College or graduate-level education preferred, but not required.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to build teams, collaborate, and foster consensus.
  • Knowledgeable in manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathetic, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Analytical, decisive, and able to prioritize plant manufacturing goals.
  • Passionate, humble, with a strong sense of integrity, positive attitude, and self-direction.
