Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on leadership to the maintenance team, ensuring smooth operations and high equipment reliability across the facility.
• Oversee the planning and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules aligned with production needs.
• Build and maintain a preventative maintenance program to reduce downtime, improve safety, and lower repair costs.
• Act as a cross-functional partner, working closely with other departments to support production and minimize operational disruptions.
• Ensure maintenance staff are well-trained, well-equipped, and operating efficiently to meet performance goals.
• Monitor labor and materials usage to ensure cost-effective maintenance operations.
• Work with procurement to ensure timely sourcing of repair parts and necessary equipment.
• Quickly escalate and resolve issues related to equipment breakdowns, safety incidents, or facility concerns.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in a maintenance management role, ideally within a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in preventative maintenance planning and execution.
• Hands-on experience managing a team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ability to coordinate across departments to support uptime and production goals.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and facility systems, with a safety-first mindset.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage priorities and drive results.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed (10-hour shifts, weekdays with occasional weekends).
