Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Provide hands-on leadership to the maintenance team, ensuring smooth operations and high equipment reliability across the facility.
- Oversee the planning and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules aligned with production needs.
- Build and maintain a preventative maintenance program to reduce downtime, improve safety, and lower repair costs.
- Act as a cross-functional partner, working closely with other departments to support production and minimize operational disruptions.
- Ensure maintenance staff are well-trained, well-equipped, and operating efficiently to meet performance goals.
- Monitor labor and materials usage to ensure cost-effective maintenance operations.
- Work with procurement to ensure timely sourcing of repair parts and necessary equipment.
- Quickly escalate and resolve issues related to equipment breakdowns, safety incidents, or facility concerns.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in a maintenance management role, ideally within a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in preventative maintenance planning and execution.
- Hands-on experience managing a team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ability to coordinate across departments to support uptime and production goals.
- Solid understanding of mechanical and facility systems, with a safety-first mindset.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage priorities and drive results.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed (10-hour shifts, weekdays with occasional weekends).
