Our client, a manufacturing company located in Northern Colorado, is looking for Maintenance Manager to join their team. This Industrial Maintenance Manager will lead their maintenance team and ensure the facility operates at peak efficiency.


Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Northern, CO

Pay Rate Range: $120,000 - $140,000


What's the Job?

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs using client's CMMS
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and repairs
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and make needed repairs alongside the maintenance team
  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled maintenance technicians
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory

What's Needed?

  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices including experience using CMMS
  • 5 years' experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance
  • Demonstrated career progression including a minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
