Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturing company to recruit a Maintenance Manager based in Barnsley.
Salary: c£52,000 +car +bonus
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager will include:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate and supervise repair activities
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections
We are keen to speak with Maintenance Managers with the following:
- Experienced multi-skilled engineer ideally with an electrical bias.
- Educated to HNC / Degree level ideally in engineering.
- Proven experience in maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical operations, and electrical systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to develop and manage maintenance budgets effectively.
- A successful track record of working within a manufacturing / maintenance environment ideally within FMCG environment
- Experience of working with suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities
