Description

Will use basic mechanical skills to help maintain hotel property. This includes:
  • Performing basic repairs as needed
  • Conducting routine maintenance based on a schedule
  • Changing door locks
  • Making basic plumbing repairs
  • Changing light fixtures and replacing bulbs
  • Working on special maintenance projects as needed
Requirements
  • Basic mechanical ability
  • Plumbing and electrical experience a plus
  • Good eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Previous hotel/apartment maintenance a plus
