We re looking for a Maintenance Engineer (electrical or mechanical bias) to join a well-established FMCG / food manufacturing business. It s a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern rotating between days and nights, and you ll be part of a solid team that knows how to get the job done without the drama.
What You ll Be Doing: -
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a busy production site

Fault finding, repairs and working to reduce downtime

Supporting ongoing improvements and engineering projects

Ensuring machinery is running smoothly and safely at all times
What You ll Need: -
Maintenance experience in an FMCG, food or similar manufacturing environment

Either electrical or mechanical bias (with a good understanding of the other side)

A hands-on, proactive attitude you fix problems properly, not just patch them up

Comfortable working 4 on 4 off, days and nights
This is a role where you ll be supported, challenged, and given the space to do your job well without being micromanaged.
