Spring Property Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The Maintenance Coordinator will work in-office to manage maintenance requests, prioritize urgent issues, and coordinate with both in-house technicians and third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related inquiries.
- Evaluate and categorize maintenance requests to determine urgency and the appropriate response (in-house vs. external vendors).
- Schedule and track maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and communication with all parties.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and completed work.
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Schedule work order appointments with residents
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Spanish fluency required due to regular communication with Spanish-speaking clients and vendors.
- 0-2 years of maintenance coordinator experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to assess maintenance issues and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in property management or maintenance coordination is a plus.
