Maintenance Coordinator

Location: Chippewa Falls, WI

Salary: based on skills and experience

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday through Friday

The Maintenance Coordinator has overall ownership of Maintenance Planning and Maintenance MRO systems. These responsibilities are categorized within the following five work streams:

  1. Master Data Management
  • Asset Registry Management
  • A,B,C,D Critical spares criteria/processes
  • Master Data creation, transfer, and deletion
  1. Purchasing
  • GR/IR Process Management
  • Managing/Resolving invoice changes and issues
  • Reviewing open requisitions and managing parts spend
  • Purchases for all plant departments, including, but not limited to:
    1. Quality: water processing equipment and parts, including supplies (filters, membranes, etc.)
    2. Miscellaneous: office supplies, safety supplies, production supplies, cleaning supplies
  1. Inventory Management
  • Stock Replenishment processes
  • Physical Inventory cadence and routines
  • Evaluating stock levels
  • Return to stock processes
  • Cycle Count cadence and routines
  • Min, Max, and Safety stock process management

  1. Vendor Managed Inventory
  1. Grainger
  2. Fastenal - vending machine inventory/invoice approvals
  1. Warranty and Repair

The Maintenance Coordinator is also responsible for capturing, tracking, trending, and reporting on the following Maintenance MRO KPI's:

  1. Slow moving inventory
  2. Inventory Obsolescence
  3. Inventory Valuation
  4. Inventory Turns
  5. Stock outs
  6. Inventory Accuracy

Non-Essential Job Duties:

  1. Performs related work as assigned by Maintenance Manager.
  2. In the absence of this employee, responsibilities will be covered by the direct manager or appointee.

About you - preferred requirements for this role

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years previous experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills are required
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • High level demonstrated competency with Excel, Word, Power Point
