GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work safely, follow all safety practices.
- Analyzing data to update KPI s daily (DMS board metrics)
- Outstanding organizing skills.
- Keeping up with inventory in parts room.
- Cycle counts completed weekly (two cycles).
- Conduct PMO (preventative maintenance optimization) meeting, for weekend repairs.
- Efficient with Microsoft suite.
- Email etiquette.
- Engage in toolbox meetings with the crew.
- Parts room/storeroom organization.
- Reviewing and ordering raw materials - as assigned.
- Assisting Maintenance coordinator and Maintenance supervisor with weekend repair planning.
- Input data and run reports utilizing CMMS.
- Cleanup of work area and shop daily.
- Must be able to work in a wide range of temperatures.
- Critical spare parts management (every Monday) - obtain quotes and inventory counts
- AVM - Reconciling invoice issues.
- Bin audits - 10 daily
- Scanning of closed work orders w/ pre-task (daily)
- Manage Kitting location - auditing & organizing in the parts room and shop area.
- Ordering copy paper for departments.
- Kitting weekend tasks.
- Paying for propane - Monthly
- All Monthly filing in a timely manner.
- Parts requests - Getting quotes/reviewing them with maintenance team.
- Receiving parts and recording data, in addition to this, send out emails to management when parts arrive.
- Update PMO spreadsheet
RELATIONSHIPS
- Reports to Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Maintenance Coordinator
- Maintains internal relationships with fellow employees.
- Maintains external relationships with:
- Customers and their specific needs
- Supplier representatives
- WestRock personnel
