CLASS SUMMARY: This role is responsible for managing, analyzing, and auditing data that supports the asset management, contract management and Maintenance divisions. This position assists with the oversight of contracts and updates to computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) data. Responsibilities include managing, tracking, and updating training within the Maintenance Information Systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: This class specification represents only the core areas of responsibilities; specific position assignments will vary depending on the needs of the department.
- Supports department in managing the asset management system and mobile system set ups.
- Presents initial and on-going training throughout departments as directed in use of Asset Management and work order systems.
- Creates and manages the organizational communication of system changes.
- Analyzes, identifies and recommends process development and improvement initiatives.
- Assists department leaders with reviews of annual budget expenses for Maintenance division contract budgets and capital project/replacement costs.
- Performs work order data investigations and risk assessments as needed.
- Provides analysis and reports to CVG AA staff, government agencies and contractors.
- Supports Contract Managers in contract billing, abstracts, and contract records.
- Manages, analyzes, and provides necessary information for contract required data files.
- Analyzes training related trend data and performs targeted work order training as identified.
- Subject matter expert with CMMS regarding pulling and analyzing data required for developing business cases.
- Responsible for all contract management documented in KCAB Policy 1014, Contract Management. As the subject matter expert responsible for all key aspects of contract management ensuring KCAB's interests are represented in any business activities regarding the agreement. Prepares RFPs, bid specifications and negotiates contracts.
- Supports the department in keeping documentation, specifications, clarifications, meeting minutes, and other support as required, per the contract terms.
- Responsible for Department Record Retention and destruction, ensuring compliance with KCAB Policy 1023.
- Performs other general duties as assigned.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in a related field to the area of assignment and five years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience enough to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
LICENSING/CERTIFICATIONS: - Valid Driver's License
- Obtain and maintain position appropriate NIMS & emergency training
- Maintains Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) clearance

ADA AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Positions in this class typically require: stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, lifting, fingering, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
