We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, repair, fabrication, and installation of equipment, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time: 8-hour shifts (start time TBD)
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Essential Duties
Collaborate with Industrial Technicians on engineering projects
Changeover and adjust machines (JIM, Tape, WEB) per production needs
Read blueprints; fabricate, assemble, and install mechanical components
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Identify defective materials and report issues to supervision
Resolve PLC and electrical wiring issues
Operate hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment
Maintain a clean, organized maintenance workspace
Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Supervisor
