This is a 12 month contract position with the possibility of 2 six-month extensions. This position will start out working 18 - 25 hours/week, expecting a 12 hour day on Mondays but could possibility turn into a full-time, 5 days, 8 hours/day position.
Job Description:
Manually extracts mailed in payments with the assistance of OPEX Falcon machine. Once the mail is extracted, it is placed in a specific sort pattern and scanned onto the Falcon Software for processing. Exceptions and correspondence are batched, then forwarded for processing. A close "attention to detail" is required to ensure that the work is properly scanned/batched for processing. (i.e. staples removed, checks and documents facing the correct way, batches scanned in the correct order and marked correctly, etc.). Envelope/paper clean up at the end of the day is required.
Must be self-motivated and a team player. Must be able to produce high quality work in a minimal amount of time. Must be punctual and dependable. Must be available to work extra time if needed. Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
