Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and implement robust and scalable Magento-based Ecommerce solutions for healthcare clients.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
Oversee the end-to-end development of PWA Studio based front end, ensuring seamless integration with Magento backend systems.
Oversee the integration of Magento with other key systems like ERP, WMS etc.
Customize Magento functionalities to meet specific business requirements.

Technical Leadership

Lead a team of Magento developers and provide technical guidance and assistance throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with client stake holders (even cross functional) to define technical requirements and solutions aligned with client's industry standards

Performance Optimization

Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal speed and responsiveness of Magento Ecommerce platforms.
Conduct performance testing and implement optimizations as needed.

Security and Compliance

Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard healthcare data and ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Stay updated on Magento security vulnerabilities and apply patches and updates as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Magento Developer preferably with a focus on healthcare-related projects.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide a development team.
In-depth knowledge of Magento architecture, customization, and integration.
Experience with healthcare data standards, security protocols, and compliance (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus
Proficient in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and related technologies.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
