The
Facilities Administrator will provide critical support to the vision of success for Clean Laundry. This team member will develop great rapport within the community by providing prompt and reliable service to our customers. They will also have the acquired mechanical skills or the ability to learn at a fast pace to support customers within the facility have an overall great experience. As a result of the impact of their work in the laundromat, customers will become raving fans of the Clean Laundry service.
The store you will be supporting is our
4518 Verona Road Suite A Madison, WI location. We are looking for a team member that can support our customers for
12 - 15 hours per week.
You could be working during the following times:
- Sunday morning
- Monday morning
- Thursday morning
- Friday morning
This role will provide critical support to the finances, operations, and maintenance at Clean Laundry. This team member will develop rapport with contractors, customers, and community members by overseeing contractor work and store cleanliness and by providing reliable support and service for the operations. Their friendliness, organization, communication, helpfulness and desire to go above and beyond will result in a raving fans of Clean Laundry and an efficiently and effectively supported local business.
Your Work Environment:
This position functions within a retail-oriented setting, and necessitates frequent interaction with customers and various equipment, including washers, dryers, change machines, and tablets. Employees will come in contact with standard cleaning chemicals and laundry detergents. Please note that noise levels may occasionally be elevated.
Physicality of Your Job:
Must be able to lift 60lbs. This position requires constant movement and use of limbs. Must be able to engage in repetitive bending, kneeling, and squatting movements. Must occasionally ascend and descend step stools as required for job duties.

Your Job Responsibilities:
- Support the location 17 - 22 hours per week.
- Opportunity for more hours based off company needs
- Maxes out at 30 hours per week
- Bookkeeping: Count money and coins, log financial data, bank deposits.
- Ensuring stores are being kept in like new condition through utilizing shift cleaning task lists and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed.
- Restocking of vending equipment.
- New employee orientation, onboarding and training
- Communication with leader of any staff issues, training opportunities that need to be addressed
- Inventory management of supplies.
- Facilities Maintenance: Simple maintenance and repair of our washers, dryers, and equipment. (Training will be provided)
- Communication with leader of any additional repairs or maintenance that may be required.
- Provide an excellent customer experience to guests
- Greeting them and engaging with them in a positive way during their visit
- Promoting and explaining all services provided at Clean Laundry
- Assisting with laundry machines, app (if applicable), and coin machines and payment centers
- Oversee contractor work and quality of work.
- Regular interaction and communication with Director of Sales and Operations.
- Other duties as assigned

Compensation for this position is
$15 - 17 per hour based on experience.
Must be 18 years of age for employment with Clean Laundry.
Employment is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check and driving record.
