As a Lead Engineering Technician here at Honeywell, you will work out of our Bridgeport Mill in Phoenix, AZ. as part of the Aerospace and Development and Research team.

Key Responsibilities
- Mill and Lathe Operator
- CNC Machining
- Operate and maintain CNC machining equipment, including lathes and manual machines, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, applying a strong understanding of mill, mire EDM, waterjet, welding, and tooling practices
- Conduct root cause analysis using Six Sigma methodologies to identify and implement effective solutions to machining problems

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ year's experience using Lathe and manual machines
- 3+ year's experience CNC Machining
WE VALUE
Additional background in Mill/Mire EDM/Waterjet/Welding/Tooling
Practical experience working with engineering equipment
Intermediate level of experience Machining
Sound technical judgment and opinions
