Role Description

This is an ENTRY LEVEL ROLE located in Houston, TX with no previous experience required.

We are committed to providing a rapid training program that will ensure that trainees achieve appropriate certifications within 12 months (CAT2) and become fully independent analysts (CAT3) within 24 months of hire. Salary increases and an introduction to our industry-leading commission program will reward the ability to fulfill our expectations.

As part of your training, you will be assigned to regional team leaders who will be your daily mentors. They will provide hands-on training, field experience, and guidance in interactions with customers. They will also help you prepare for your certification courses and further your career afterward.

While applicants are not required to have previous experience in vibration analysis or other predictive maintenance techniques, we are primarily looking for individuals with a genuine interest in machinery and troubleshooting of electromechanical systems, preferably with technical education and recent field experience.

As your technical expertise develops, you will gradually start taking responsibility for a group of industrial facilities and service them regularly, alone or with your team members. Primary responsibilities:

Regular interaction with customers and scheduling of your on-site services

On-site data collection and predictive analysis, according to company standards

Remote surveillance and analysis, where wireless systems are present

Isolate and identify failure modes in industrial equipment

Create analytical summary reports according to company standards

Communicate findings and produce deliverables to customers in a timely and professional way

Maintaining customer relationships with appropriate on-site contacts

Perform equipment walk-downs and gather information when requested

Perform one-off field services when asked by customers or company

Qualifications

Humble and respectful attitude, with a strong desire for rapid personal development

Strong attention to detail and ability to absorb technical content

Professionalism, punctuality, and good time management skills are a must

Analytical skills with the ability to interpret results and make recommendations

A good understanding of electrical and mechanical concepts is a significant asset

Technical education from a post-secondary institution is a major asset

Experience working in an industrial setting is highly desirable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and remotely
