Machine Operator - 1st Shift $21/hr Try-Before-Hire Oshkosh, WI We are currently hiring a Machine Operator on 1st shift for a glass production facility in Oshkosh, WI . •   Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday to Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
•   Pay: $21.00 per hour
•   Job Type: Full-Time, Try-Before-Hire
•   Location: Oshkosh, WI Position Summary: The Machine Operator is responsible for operating machinery to cut, temper, and handle glass based on customer orders. This role includes cross-training across all stations in the facility and requires a safety-first mindset, physical endurance, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
•  Operate and maintain machines used in glass cutting and tempering
•  Handle raw and finished glass materials safely and efficiently
•  Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and maneuver materials up to 3 feet in height
•  Perform visual inspections and meet product quality standards
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
•  Accurately read and follow production work orders
•  Meet daily production goals and assist in inventory control
•  Work in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment
•  Cross-train on various machines and workstations
•  Follow all safety protocols and report hazards promptly
•  Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements:
•  High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
•  Valid Driver's License (Required)
•  3+ years of manufacturing or production experience (Preferred)
•  Experience with hand and power tools (Preferred)
•  Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
•  Excellent attendance and punctuality, including willingness to work overtime
•  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
