Join Our Team as a Machine Operator - Build Your Career in Manufacturing. Are you ready to take on an exciting role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Machine Operator to join our team and play a key role in producing high-quality beverages. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with advanced equipment, troubleshoot production challenges, and collaborate with a dynamic team. What You'll Do:
•   Operate and monitor high-tech machinery for beverage production (cans & bottles).
•   Work as part of a team to meet production goals and quality standards.
•   Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to keep operations running smoothly.
•   Adjust and configure machines for production changeovers.
•   Track inventory and input data using computerized systems.
•   Operate forklifts or pallet jacks for material handling.
•   Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas.
•   Perform routine quality checks and keep accurate production records.
•   Share insights for continuous improvement in team meetings.
•   Use computer software to support production processes. What We're Looking For:

•   Knowledge of food safety & quality standards is a plus.
•   High school diploma or GED preferred; additional education is a bonus.
•   Three or more years of experience in food production or machine operation preferred.
•   Passion for coffee production is an advantage. Job Details:
•   Pay: $23.17/hour
•   Schedule: Straight 2-2-3 rotation, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
•   Location: Neenah, WI Manufacturing Facility
