Position Title: Machine Operator Overview: Looking for an exciting opportunity in manufacturing? Join our team as a Machine Operator. You'll play a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient machinery operation and delivering top-quality products. This position offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge equipment in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor advanced machinery for beverage production (cans and bottles).
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production and quality goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Adjust and configure machinery for production changeovers.
• Manage and track inventory using computerized systems.
• Safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks to handle materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and workspace.
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Keep accurate records and complete necessary documentation.
• Actively participate in team meetings and share insights for improvement.
• Identify and communicate process inefficiencies or equipment malfunctions.
• Utilize computer software to support production needs.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned to support operations. Who We're Looking For:

• Candidates with 3+ years in food production or machine operation.
• Passion or experience in coffee production is an advantage. Job Details:
• Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
• Schedule: Straight 2-2-3 rotation, 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
• Location: Neenah, WI manufacturing facility
