About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Machine Operator
• Pay Rate Range: $19.50/Hour
• Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
• Schedule: 3rd Shift Sun-Thurs 11PM-7AM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
2. Six (6) months' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably medical.
3. Ability to read and write in English, comprehend and follow work instructions
4. Ability to do basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions and decimals)
5. Good manual dexterity and visual ability with high attention to detail
6. Ability to use hand tools
7. Sitting, Standing, Walking, Kneeling, Bending, Reaching
8. Ability to lift 30 pounds

Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assembly and molding, assembling and building components in accordance with manufacturing and quality assurance procedures and specifications.
2. On the Molding side, ability to operate injection molding machines and perform related component manufacturing operations including inspection, sorting, and trimming of those components in accordance with manufacturing and quality assurance procedures and specifications.
3. This job is performed inside of a Class 7 or Class 8 Cleanroom.
4. Daily cleanroom preparations and maintenance include particulate measuring, moping, wiping surfaces and other associated cleaning activities.
5. Documenting activities to maintain and demonstrate cleanroom specifications.
6. Ensure training is complete in Quality System and properly documented per GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
7. Perform general assembly and secondary production operations
8. Inspecting, labeling and packaging products
9. Operate up to four (4) auto presses at a time; visual inspecting, trimming, labeling and packaging products.
10. Meet or exceed production rate and scrap expectations as driven by dispatch and ERP and enter on the hour-by-hour board.
11. Track manufactured and rejected parts on the Reconciliation sheet, enter ERP and maintain in Traveler through completion of job/shift following GDP.
