Working Hours: 2-week rotation
Early shift: 06:00 to 14:30 Mon-Thu 06:00 to 13:30 Fri
Late shift: 14:00 to 22:30 Mon-Thu 13:00 to 20:30 Fri

Scope of the Role:
As an Operator, you play a vital role in the success of our business. Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery to manufacture high-quality plastic components. Support efficient production by ensuring consistent output, minimizing downtime, and following established safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Ideal Candidate:

Knowledge of injection moulding or experience in a similar manufacturing environment (preferred, not essential)

Strong attention to quality and detail

Willingness and ability to learn new skills

A proactive approach to continuous improvement

High levels of enthusiasm and motivation to succeed
