Machine Operator

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Machine Operator in Columbus, NE.

• Pay Rate : $22.70/hr

• Schedule : 3rd Shift - Sunday through Thursday, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM

• Location : Onsite in Columbus, NE

• Operate machinery and perform inspections to ensure product quality

• Work collaboratively within a team to maximize efficiency

• Perform equipment troubleshooting, changeovers, and cleaning

• Meet production rate and quality goals for assigned equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in clean room areas

• Execute rework processes and participate in cross-training

• Follow all GMP and quality standards

• Complete SAP data entry as needed

• Use precision tools such as 10x microscopes , calipers , and other gauges

• Support business operations with additional duties as required

Education

• High School diploma or GED preferred

Experience & Skills

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Willingness to learn and train others

• Ability to keep work areas clean and orderly

• Basic understanding of equipment operation and production processes
