Shift/Hours: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm


Responsible for the operation and on-going maintenance of sheet-fed presses and bindery equipment.

  • Responsible for operating a variety of sheet-fed, color presses and offset bindery equipment (Full Color Web-Press, Komori Presses, Heidelberg presses , Post Press Bindery) .

  • Provides regular/ ongoing preventative and troubleshooting repairs , refitting, assembling, adjusting, and replacing parts. Uses computer software as necessary to aid in the troubleshooting and repair process of printing press equipment.

  • Maintain current knowledge of printing press equipment, current printing processes and develop continuous process improvements that support the Lean philosophy and work environment.

  • Must be able to source vendors for equipment parts and maintenance supplies. Anticipates parts or supply needs and makes appropriate order requests through the Deluxe standard processes.


Basic Qualifications (BQs)

Education and Experience: High School/GED. 5 years experience in printing industry. Experience running and maintaining color sheet-fed presses and bindery equipment.

Strong mechanical understanding of complex printing equipment. Knowledge and experience usng basic hand tools and power tools.


Pre ferred Qualifications (PQs)

Education and Experience:5 years experience in Printing industry - running and maintaining color sheet-fed presses and bindery equipment and Prior press experience using Komori, Heldelberg and bindery equipment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and make repairs.

  • Proven leadership experience.

  • Experience working in a team environment.

  • Excellent organizations skills and attention to detail.


Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
