Machine Learning Engineer

Job Description

Develop and refine machine learning models that currently reside on business laptops.

Create a clear path to production for these models.

Conduct tool evaluations and pressure testing to ensure robustness and reliability.

Collaborate with the application development team to embed ML tools into applications.

Design and sketch out an ML ops model to streamline the deployment process.

Ensure that ML solutions are polished and integrated seamlessly with applications.

$60.00/hr to $90.00/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Machine Learning Engineer

Proficiency in Python/pyspark and supporting numeric libraries, with experience in model production deployment

Experience with generative models, large language models

Exposure to advanced techniques such as reinforcement learning, Linear regression etc

Familiarity with LLMs such as Gemini, Llama, GPT models and their applications in real-world scenarios

Experience with cloud platforms (GCP) Nice to have experience with open-source tools like MLflow

Nice to have experience with Snowflake and Snowpark null
