Akkodis is seeking a M365 Solution Architect to join an amazing company in Denver, CO. This company is growing and looking to bring on talented individuals who believe in positive culture and work environment.
Location: Hybrid 3 days per week - in Denver, CO
Contract length: 6 month contract to hire
Rate: 70-95/hr (135-190k conversion salary)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Solution Architect or equivalent role, with a focus on Microsoft 365.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
- Proven experience building low-code/no-code applications.
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and solutions.
- Experience in data modeling and integration architecture.
Productivity Solution Design & Architecture:
- Design and implement end-to-end productivity solutions using Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation, data models, and integration strategies.
Governance & Compliance
- Enforce governance policies and ensure solutions meet Microsoft 365 security standards.
- Manage data loss prevention (DLP) strategies and monitor platform usage.
Automation & Process Optimization
- Design and implement efficient workflows using Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 tools.
Business Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with internal IT teams, developers, and external vendors to deliver successful outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Developer Associate).
- Experience with Azure, Azure AI services, and Databricks.
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies and how they apply to business processes.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience in the energy efficiency or sustainability sectors is a plus.
