IT Account Manager - Lyra Technology Group

Lyra Technology Group is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing sales team in Sewell, New Jersey. In this client-facing role, you'll be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships within an assigned portfolio of existing clients, while driving revenue growth through proactive engagement, solution selling, and strategic account management.

You'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities, solving problems, and aligning our IT solutions with their business needs. You'll own the full account lifecycle with the support of our service and technical teams.

Your work as an IT Account Manager will include the following duties:

• Be a primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients.

• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering excellent service on a day-to-day basis.

• Be a liaison between client and internal teams as needed.

• Help clients through email, phone, online presentations and in person meetings.

• Maintain internal CRM system with all client actions and details.

• Continue and build a trusted advisor relationship with key client contacts.

• Work with the new business sales and operations to provide a positive onboarding experience.

• Perform in-person, phone and virtual check in with clients at regular intervals.

• Prepare reports, quotes, and presentations for services that may be of benefit based on client needs.

• Perform a yearly IT/cyber review including budgeting for client.

• Scope out and quote larger cyber/IT projects with assistance of internal project team.

• Work with marketing to provide client facing IT/cyber educational special events in person and virtually.

• Attend in person events that will support and enhance client relationships. ( 1 event a month)

Our ideal IT Account Manager has the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent work experience.

• Proven previous account management experience.

• Relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

• Expert in Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook.

• Expert in using cloud based CRM tool to document all client activities.

• Proficient in QuickBooks Online, help desk ticketing software.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

• Excellent verbal, written, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a team environment.

• Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent time and project management skills.

The targeted base compensation for this role is $75,000-$80,000 per year and will operate out of the Sewell, New Jersey office on a hybrid basis.
