Requirements:
  • 2 years or more CURRENT Outpatient/Ambulatory experience
  • 2 years or more CURRENT PEDIATRIC experience
  • Clinical Office Experience
  • PHONE Triage experience
  • EPIC EMR experience - HIGHLY Preferred
  • Previous Travel - Preferred
  • Cover page (if available/not required)
  • Work History
  • Skills Checklist (current to 1 year)
  • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from within the past two years of employment
  • License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NH License, BLS, PERM ADDRESS)
  • New Hampshire license (Compact Allowed)
  • BLS (AHA)
