LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse

•  Provide independent nursing care, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
•  Deliver both routine and complex care while addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
•  Administer medications, monitor treatment, and document assessments accurately.
•  Delegate tasks, coach staff, and support patient flow through admission, transfer, and discharge planning.
•  Ensure safe, evidence-based practice and compliance with healthcare regulations.
•  Operate, troubleshoot, and ensure proper use of medical equipment and documentation systems.
•  Requirements: RN license, BLS, 1 year experience preferred; BSN preferred. Temporary, full-time, 12-week contract, night shifts.
