LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse

This role involves providing patient care under supervision, including vital signs, specimen collection, and assisting with exams and treatments.

•  Performs lab procedures and helps with patient flow in the clinic.

•  Supports providers with medication refills, immunizations, and documentation.

•  Cleans and restocks exam rooms and supplies, maintaining sterile protocols.

•  Performs clerical tasks such as chart management and scheduling.

•  Participates in meetings and training as required.

•  Requires LVN license, BLS certification, and competency in procedural skills.

•  Full-time role adhering to established standards and competencies.
