The LVN provides supervised patient care, performs lab procedures, and assists providers with exams and treatments.

•  Responsibilities include obtaining vital signs, collecting specimens, administering medications/immunizations, and supporting patient flow.

•   Handles clerical tasks like charting, scheduling, and phone duties.

•   Maintains exam rooms and supplies, adheres to infection control policies.

•   Meets competency standards and attends training.

•   Requirements: LVN license (state/compact), BLS certification.

•   Full-time position.
