LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse Clinic

Provides supervised patient care, including vital signs, specimen collection, and assisting with examinations and procedures.

•  Supports providers with medication refills, immunizations, and patient documentation.

•  Performs routine clerical tasks such as scheduling, filing, and record management.

•  Maintains a clean and stocked exam environment, following safety protocols.

•  Answers patient calls, assists with appointments, and manages patient flow.

•  Completes required training and adheres to established standards and competencies.

•  Requires LVN license (state or compact), BLS certification, and competency in lab procedures.

•  Full-time position with responsibilities focused on delivering quality clinic care under supervision.
