LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse Clinic

•  Provides patient care under supervision of physicians or RNs following established clinic standards.
•  Performs basic clinical duties such as vital signs, specimen collection (including phlebotomy when needed), assisting with exams and procedures, and supporting patient flow.
•  Handles patient-related calls, documents patient info, schedules tests, manages medication refills, and administers medications/immunizations per provider orders.
•  Responsible for cleaning/restocking exam rooms, maintaining equipment, ordering supplies, and using sterile techniques.
•  Performs clerical duties like chart filing and form completion.
•  Requires LVN license and BLS certification; full-time role.
