LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse Clinic II

Provides patient care under supervision, including vital signs, specimen collection, and assisting with exams and procedures.

•  Supports providers with medication refills, immunizations, and documentation.

•  Performs administrative tasks such as scheduling, phone management, charting, and inventory management.

•  Maintains clean and stocked exam rooms and equipment following policies.

•  Completes required training and attends meetings.

•  Requirements include LVN license (state or compact), BLS certification, and competency in lab procedures. Per diem position.
