LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse Clinic II

Provides supervised patient care, including vital signs, specimen collection, and assisting with examinations and procedures.

•  Performs lab procedures, administers medications/immunizations, and assists with patient flow.

•  Handles clerical tasks such as chart retrieval, scheduling, and documenting patient information.

•  Maintains exam rooms, restocks supplies, and ensures equipment cleanliness.

•  Answers phone calls, records messages, and supports provider communication.

•  Requires LVN license, BLS certification, and completion of required training.

•  Work is per diem/as needed.
