Summary: Provides patient care under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse, performing lab procedures as needed.
Responsibilities include obtaining vital signs, assisting in examinations, managing patient flow, and handling phone communications. Assists with scheduling tests, documenting patient information, and managing medication refills. Administers medications/immunizations, cleans and restocks exam rooms, and performs clerical duties. Attends required meetings and training. Requirements: LVN certification, LVN license in the state of employment or compact, and BLS certification.
