What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborating directly with clients to uncover their travel desires and transform them into personalized itineraries.
- Designing seamless, tailor-made journeys across the globe-flights, 5-star accommodations, dining, exclusive tours, and more.
- Cultivating relationships with top luxury hotels, DMCs, and travel partners to access VIP perks and exclusive rates.
- Managing every detail from inquiry to post-travel follow-up, ensuring a flawless experience every step of the way.
- Keeping a finger on the pulse of the latest luxury travel trends, openings, and insider-only experiences.
- Acting as a trusted advisor and travel concierge throughout each client's journey.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in luxury travel planning, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus or Sabre is a big plus.
- Strong attention to detail, high interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
