Delaware North Sportservice is searching for part-time Pantry Leads to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. Unit Description

Delaware North is the concessions and retail partner at Bridgestone Arena dating back to 1996. The multipurpose venue is home to the NHL's Nashville Predators. We manage concession outlets and four clubs, including an exclusive lounge offering an all-inclusive food and beverage experience.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all clerical duties and administrative support for the Pantry department. This includes writing, editing, and reviewing communications, preparing and handling all incoming and outgoing mail, files correspondence, invoices, sales, and departmental records
  • Primary contact person for luxury suite owners for issues regarding food and beverage,coordinates all pre-game food and beverage orders and generates suite reports and ensures that orders are accurate for each event
  • Make copies and assists with the printing of signs and menus
  • Provide menu planning assistance as needed, and delivering order confirmations
  • Regularly collaborate with and assists Suite Manager in associate check-in, training of suites employees, and overall successful suite operations
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative or office position
  • Previous experience with variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication
  • Basic math skills
  • No high school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to sit in front of a computer, visual acuity sufficient to see and distinguish required reports and computer system
  • Manual dexterity sufficient for cash handling and typing duties
