Luxury Portfolio Property Manager

Join a well-established real estate developer and owner/operator as a Luxury Portfolio Property Manager overseeing a collection of premium residences. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in residential and condominium property management who excels in analytical thinking and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead property staff, ensuring they adhere to established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Foster and maintain positive relations with tenants and unit owners.
  • Manage and control the annual operating and capital expense budgets; analyze performance and explain variances.
  • Directly engage with the Board of Directors, ensuring their satisfaction and attendance at monthly and annual meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive monthly reports for Board review.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, overseeing maintenance and capital improvement projects.
  • Manage existing service contracts and vendor performance while sourcing and negotiating with new vendors as needed.
  • Build professional networks through active participation in industry and civic organizations.
  • Ensure that all properties maintain a first-class standard and are managed in a violation-free manner.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in luxury property management, with knowledge of DHCR, DOB, etc.
  • Exceptional skills in building operations and tenant/unit owner interactions.
  • Strong computer literacy and organizational skills.
  • Able to multi-task and perform effectively in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects while surpassing expectations.
Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package and performance bonuses.
