Job Description

AIR Communities is hiring a Community Leasing Manager for a 220-unit Luxury property in Bethesda, MD. Ravel and Royale offers a park-like setting surrounded by Rock Creek Park with the convenience of the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro stop. The community provides the arts aficionado a one-of-a-kind partnership with Strathmore Music Center for resident exclusive programs.

A bit more about what you'll do
  • Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports
  • Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
  • Manage leasing and maintenance team members, facilitates leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction as well as adherence to legal standards and company policies.
Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)
  • 2-4 years of experience leading a team of people in competitive sales and customer service environment
  • Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
  • Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
  • Possess general understanding of financials and budgets
  • Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.)
Additional Information

AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:
  • Expected pay rate of $80,000- $100,000 + Bonus/Commissions. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
