Who You Are: As a Luxury Client Advisor, you will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for our guests and potential clients. Your role is crucial to embodying our brand values and supporting the Store Manager in meeting sales and operational goals. You'll serve as an ambassador of our brand, enriching the Humanistic philosophy of Solomeo.
What You'll Do: - Deliver exceptional customer service to build loyalty and elevate the in-store experience.
- Maximize sales opportunities to exceed personal sales targets while nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Proactively address customer service challenges by finding meaningful solutions and ensuring best-in-class service.
- Continuously deepen your product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Stay updated on current marketing and promotional activities.
- Represent the brand by embodying its aesthetic and lifestyle with authenticity.
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving operational objectives, completing essential tasks such as store opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain inventory levels and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld, assisting with floor sets as needed.
- Utilize your business acumen to identify product assortment opportunities and enhance store performance.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues across other stores and corporate partners.
- Demonstrate reliability and integrity in all interactions and adhere to company policies.
- Foster teamwork and celebrate collective achievements.
- Actively seek feedback to drive your professional growth.
Qualifications: - Deep connection with the Brunello Cucinelli brand and its philosophy.
- High School Diploma is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in an upscale retail or hospitality environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to develop client connections.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $27 to $35, based on various factors including skills, experience, and qualifications.
