Luxury Client Advisor for our NYC location. Salary/Hourly Rate: $22/hr - $24/hr Position Overview: The Luxury Client Advisor is responsible for delivering a welcoming and memorable experience to all guests and perspective customers. Responsibilities of the Luxury Client Advisor:
- Welcome and greet customers as they enter the shop, embodying the luxury experience of the brand.
- Demonstrate a personable and bubbly personality, ensuring customers feel valued and comfortable.
- Assist client advisors by pulling products for customers based on their preferences and needs.
- Merchandise the sales floor as a Luxury Client Advisor to ensure products are displayed attractively and in line with the brand image.
- Maintain the neatness and tidiness of the sales floor as well as stock room by processing shipment.
Required Experience/Skills for the Luxury Client Advisor:
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is highly preferred or hospitality background.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
- Passion for luxury retail and a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the needs of the business.
