We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about providing outstanding service and has a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the service and repair of vehicles, communicating with clients to understand their needs, and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and evaluate their service needs, providing expert recommendations and guidance
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure seamless service experiences
  • Review and approve repair orders, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
  • Manage customer expectations, proactively communicating updates and resolving any issues
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following up with customers after services have been performed
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and build relationships with customers
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures is preferred
