The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the service and repair of vehicles, communicating with clients to understand their needs, and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.
Responsibilities: - Greet customers and evaluate their service needs, providing expert recommendations and guidance
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure seamless service experiences
- Review and approve repair orders, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
- Manage customer expectations, proactively communicating updates and resolving any issues
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following up with customers after services have been performed
Qualifications: - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and build relationships with customers
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures is preferred
