Duties and Responsibilities: - Master preparation of all lunch menu items including Signature Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Quesadillas, Fried Chicken, and Smashburgers
- Operate cooking equipment including grills, fryers, and ovens in a safe and efficient manner
- Prepare ingredients for service including slicing, chopping, and portioning
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout service
- Follow all food safety protocols and maintain proper food handling procedures
- Execute orders in a timely manner to ensure prompt delivery to guests' tables
- Work collaboratively with counter staff and food runners to ensure seamless service
- Properly store and rotate ingredients to minimize waste and maintain freshness
- Clean cooking equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen areas after service
- Assist with inventory management and communicate supply needs to management
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens
- Other duties as assigned by management
Position Requirements: - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining food quality and consistency
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and work in high-heat cooking areas
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
- Flexible schedule with availability to work 7 days a week, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM and Holidays.

- Commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards
Education and Experience: - High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous kitchen experience, particularly in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants
- Experience with grill cooking, frying, and sandwich preparation preferred
- Food Handler's certification or ability to obtain certification upon hiring
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
