Are you ready to take the next step in your nursing career? We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Job Summary: As our RN Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, guide and support nursing staff, and uphold our commitment to excellence in healthcare. This is a key leadership role that requires clinical expertise, strong management skills, and a compassionate approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate nursing care to achieve optimal patient outcomes


  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff


  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care planning


  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare policies and regulations


  • Resolve patient and family concerns with empathy and professionalism


  • Streamline workflows to boost team efficiency


  • Drive quality improvement initiatives


  • Maintain accurate documentation and oversee records management


  • Support staff development and continuing education


  • Handle unit budgeting, supplies, and resources


Qualifications:

  • Current and valid RN license


  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience


  • BLS/CPR certification preferred


  • Leadership or management experience preferred


  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills


  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and EHR systems


  • Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations
