LPN Supervisor

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor role offers a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000, with pay ranging from $28.00 to $32.00/hour plus a $3.00 shift differential.
•  Lead and supervise nursing staff while ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
•  Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and treatment planning.
•  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to deliver personalized care.
•  Mentor and train staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
•  Maintain accurate documentation and address clinical issues efficiently.
