Job Summary

Within a patient centered culture, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will assist providers and nursing staff deliver optimal patient care, and work with others to achieve efficient clinical and business operations. The LPN performs both clinical and administrative tasks.

With a patient-centered culture, the Licensed Practical Nurse will -as directed by the RN and defined in the state's Scope of Practice- provide direct patient care, meeting the physical, age-specific, social, mental status, cultural and spiritual needs of the patients in accordance with physicians' orders, The Joint Commission, OSHA, nursing and department guidelines.
