LPN/RN

•   Assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates patient care activities.
•   Utilizes clinical and/or functional knowledge directly or through delegation.
•   Accountable to the Administrative Team and collaborates with Clinical Associates.
•   Promotes quality, cost-effective care through communication and resource management.
•   Requirements: Master's Degree, current Louisiana OT License, and BLS provider certification.
•   Full-time position; work schedule to be determined.
