We are seeking an experienced LPN or RN for a full-time position with a new 12-hour schedule and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Pay starts at $30/hour, increasing with experience. Responsibilities include:
Reviewing medical records for accuracy Collaborating with healthcare providers for coding and billing Conducting patient assessments and developing care plans Facilitating communication among healthcare teams, patients, and families Ensuring compliance with Medicare regulations Performing utilization management activities Maintaining accurate patient records Requirements include prior healthcare experience, knowledge of patient care practices, familiarity with Medicare regulations, and proficiency in electronic health records.
