Provides direct and indirect home health nursing care per physician s orders, including medication management, health education, and assessments.
Documents medical actions, patient progress, and communicates with families and healthcare team. Completes initial and supervisory nursing visits, ensures regulatory compliance, and reviews care plans. Maintains patient confidentiality, proper documentation, and safety standards. Collaborates with team members, participates in trainings, and may assist with administrative tasks. Requires Nursing degree, valid license, CPR certification, and preferably home health experience; strong communication and organizational skills.
