We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LPT/LVN) to provide direct and indirect care to clients in their homes, following organizational policies. Responsibilities include:
Delivering skilled nursing care per physician's orders and documenting health status. Administering medications and providing health education to clients. Conducting assessments and reporting changes in clients' conditions. Ensuring compliance with state regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality. Training new employees and participating in staff meetings. Qualifications include a nursing degree, experience in medication administration, and a current state license. Home health care experience is preferred.
Salary: $29.00/hour.
